Nichols bakery, produce traditionally crafted, high quality bakery and confectionery goods sold to both wholesale customers and via our Nichols branded shops throughout the North East.

In our shops you will find a good range of breads, buns, cakes, pies and pasties, and sandwiches. Our sandwiches are made fresh in store and can be made to order. Our savouries are freshly baked off in all of our shops and our cakes are hand made by our highly skilled confectioners.

Our wholesale business distributes bread buns throughout the North East to caterers, sandwich manufacturers and shops as well as restaurants and hotels. We source our ingredients as locally as possible and ‘food miles’ are minimised with our locally focused delivery network. Our bread is baked and delivered within hours to ensure maximum freshness. We strive to retain the skills and traditions of craft baking whilst providing a responsive and forward thinking business process.
